MOTOR PATROL SERVICES PROVIDES:

1)   A minimum of four patrols per night, seven nights a week.
2)   Building and perimeter checks.
3)   Fire watch prevention.
4)   Ensure business offices and other buildings are properly secure.
5)   Enforcement all property covenents, rules and regulations.
6)   Cite vehicles for parking and moving violations.
7)   Ensure posted speed limit on property thru use of RADAR.
8)   Issue trespass warnings.
9)   Place suspects in custody for trepass after warning.
10) Tow illegally parked vehicles.
11) Accurate daily reports (DAR, IR, FCC, parking & speeding citations) of properties, activities and times submitted to property manager.
12) Vacation checks - Patrol Officers will check residence exterior doors and windows to ensure property is secure. (private residential contracts only) more info..
